The ‘Colours of Spring and Summer’ will radiate across the catwalk at the Penang Fashion Week 2017 in Gurney Paragon Mall from April 15 to 23.
Feast the eyes on vibrant and stylish creations from 12 leading and emerging local designers, as well as six acclaimed international couturiers. Also set to be featured in the series of 29 runway shows are the latest collections from eight fashion brands and two fashion schools.
The night’s runway show features collections from award-winning Taiwanese accessories designer Illiza Ho, as well as garments from Myanmar’s Mo Hom and Hong Kong’s Richard Li. Also set to impress are the unique garments by Malaysian designers Eric Choong and Bon Zainal, who are both famous for incorporating local elements into their creations.
The following days offer more runway shows featuring familiar names like Keith Kee, Richard Rivalee, Brandon Tan, Ranndy Goh, Alden Leong, Micheal Ooi and Jojo Lim. Making their debut this year are emerging talents like Christinna Kuan, Gavin Tan, Pa Ya Hui, Samson Wong and Raymond Kho.
